First Cities Skylines 2 series
2024 will see me engage in the first Cities Skylines 2 series – Neo Solarian City!
The map is a modified map of Magnolia County done by fellow Planner and Cities player CityPlannerPlays and can be found on his YouTube channel.
State of Game
I have chosen Quarter 1 of 2024 to kick start Neo Solarian City owing to time constraints as an IRL Planner as well as allowing Colossal Order to work through and hopefully allow Mods to become mainstream thus widely accessible. Meantime until then I will continue with Neo South Auckland as a ongoing “tutorial” in getting use to CS2 mechanics as not all techniques from CS1 will work in CS2.
Meanwhile, looking forward to kicking of Neo Solarian City will all the quirks and the odd crap shoots a Planner might face IRL panning out in a city building simulator!
