Riding through the Papatoetoe Transit Oriented Development, AND the eco district of Papatoetoe West

Time to jump on those biofuel buses again to tour the continued development of the Papatoetoe Transit Oriented Development. This post comes with two videos for your viewing pleasure. 2.0 which takes the bus through Papatoetoe West via the monorail/bus hub to see the eco-district first hand. 2.1 takes another bus again via the monorail/bus hub but this time through Papatoetoe proper as you see the European Suburbia, and Kiwi As urban design style sets mix with the green and civic infrastructure. See bus lanes, cycle lanes, pedestrian and transit malls, and bascially a community in action, all based around a transit hub acting as the anchor.
