MOVE THAT TRAM!
After months (real life) preparing the City Centre, and one Autumn Breeze update from Paradox later, it is finally time to allow the cims and businesses to move into the Waikato City Centre, South Waikato Junction, and River View.
Also in Waikato 6.6 I also: explain the incremental nature of new zoning, ride a tram, check out a dinky street car, and demonstrate the use of the Place Maker mod to make a Hilltop reserve, a playground, and how it can make other parks etc.

NOTE ON SERIES: Part 6.X is changing around with the incoming new content for the game from Cities Skylines . The Downtown, and joining Clevedon to the rest of the urban area will occur once the new Parks DLC and likely Modern Suburban Housing DLC is out. In the meantime I will get the transit system brought online, place down the zones (Part 6.5) and jump to 6.6 in LET IT RIP. Again, Part 6.4 I will return to when the Parks DLC comes out.
