Time for a bit of a review before engaging on the next major urban expansion
We made it to what is considered the first major population milestone in Cities Skylines; 10,000 residents. I say 10,000 as that is when transit beyond buses becomes viable and the urban area should have enough critical mass to start supporting medium density developments, specialised industry and some low-density offices.
However, with each milestone a good Planner (and Cities Skylines player) should take stock, review and plan for the next milestone which in this case is 25,000.
