Huh? 42,000 cims already?

The weather might be a bit yuck but that does not stop our first 8,000 cims arriving by car, train and coach (bus) to stake their claim as the first residents of Waikato. Update with the Series
WAIKATO UPDATE: in one 24 hour game day the population went from 9,100 as of the end of Part 4.0 to 43,000 after letting the simulator run to let all those “new cims” move in and get everything settled down.
That would be the fasted I have seen a new city take off like that which makes video creation a bit more interesting as the city is moving that fast. No matter. Part 4.1 we shall do an “Review” of what the fledging city looks like at the ground level before moving into Part 5.X.
All I can say is ooooof at the speed.
