If Concrete and Steel built Waikato then Old McDonald’s Farm feeds a hungry Waikato. Also TIMBER otherwise how else is your brand new house, that lovely furniture and those upgrades all get provided for (without importing)? Parts 5.3 and 5.4 of the Waikato series were merged into one video as we bulk out the rural and forestry sectors!
Time to build those farms and factories!
AI renders of a possible life in Clevedon and Waipa
After trying Notebook LLM on Waikato Gardens (The Waikato Municipal Spatial Code Book: A Test with AI and Planning) I decided to try it on Clevedon and Waipa as part of a dummy real estate campaign for these new settlements. Needless to say it certainly came up with something. I will cover it more in a separate post but for the meantime architects, designers, and draughtsmen need not worry about being replaced. What the AI did do those is give concepts of my ideas that I would then take to the professionals for proper rendering.
